Your appointment are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We realized that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule: Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for any cancellations.

Cancellation

* Cancellations made without the courtesy of 24 hour notice, will result in a 20% cancellation/rescheduling fee.

The fee will be automatically charged to you credit card account.

* If you can not make the appointment within 24 hourss, you can email or text out of hours to cancel. You do not have to wait until the studio is open. This give other people a chance to book in your slot.

No Show

* Failure to show up will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount (“no show” fee).

* The fee will be automatically charged to you credit card account.

After your first NO SHOW, any future appointment require payment in full at time of booking.

Late Arrival

* The time that we booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will not run it overtime into another client’s appointed time.

* After 10 minutes of being late, your appointment may be cancelled and may need to be rescheduled.

* Please also note, if you are late, your service may be shortened, but you will be charged the full service price.

* After 15 minutes of lateness, your appointment will be consider a NO SHOW and will be automatically cancelled.

* We reserve the rights to deny any services.

* Prices on services are subject to change without notice.

* Credit Cards and cash accepted. Checks are not accepted.
